GAA antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: Lysosomal alpha-glucosidase
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 70-76 kDa
Uniprot: P10253
Gene id: 2548
Background: GAA(Alpha-1,4-glucosidase) is a lysosomal enzyme involved in the degradation of glycogen within cellular vacuoles. After translation, GAA undergoes proteolytic processing to form two lengths of lysosomal a-glucosidase, and both N-terminal and C-terminal processing occur. The full sequence can be further processed into a mature form. The 105 kDa GAA can be cleaved into 70 kDa or 76 kDa form.
Field of research: Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IP
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:1000; IP: 1:500-1:1000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: GAA
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
